Cancellations and No Shows
We don't currently offer cancellations. If a guest pays for a booking and doesn't arrive you'll (soon) be able to review them as a 'no-show' which affects their membership standing.
The booking fees they paid us go into a charity fund which we allocate to our list of supported charities. If they no-show too many times we'll remove their membership and won't deal with them any further.
If the guest doesn't check-in on the day they've advised then their booking hasn't been effected and the room becomes available for booking again by you the next day.
